Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DEATHPILE. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

DEATHPILE helps resellers track their inventory, sync their eBay listings and sales, and see their profit and loss. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use DEATHPILE.

Connecting eBay

When you connect an eBay account, you allow us to access and sync its data on your behalf to provide the service. Your use of eBay is still subject to eBay's own terms. DEATHPILE is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it unlawfully.
• Don't use DEATHPILE to store or process data you don't have the right to.
• Respect eBay's own terms when connecting and syncing your account.

Plans and billing

• The free plan includes unlimited items you add yourself, one connected eBay account, and syncing of up to 24 eBay items. Above that, only your latest 24 eBay items are synced.
• The paid plan adds unlimited eBay syncing across any number of eBay accounts. It is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• New subscribers get their first 3 months at half price. The offer applies once per account.
• You can switch between monthly and yearly billing, update your card, or cancel at any time from Manage Subscription in the app's Settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Your data

You own the inventory, sales and business data you put into DEATHPILE. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Figures and estimates

The profit, fees and other figures in DEATHPILE are worked out from the data you enter and the data eBay provides, and some are estimates. They are there to help you run your business, but they are not financial, tax or accounting advice. You remain responsible for your own records and tax returns.

Service availability

We work to keep DEATHPILE available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Syncing relies on eBay's systems, which can be unavailable or change without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on figures shown, eBay sync delays, or service interruptions.

Ending your account

You can stop using DEATHPILE at any time, and ask us to delete your account and its data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
